1ST2FLY FESTIVAL is coming to Carter County! ✈️🚀

 May 22–23 in Olive Hill we will have a table at the two-day STEAM + Career Exploration Festival celebrating student creativity, aviation history, and BIG futures!

Rooted in Carter County’s aviation heritage and honoring pioneer Matthew Sellers, 1ST2FLY connects students to exciting careers in science, technology, engineering, arts, healthcare, and more — while building pride in who they are and where they come from.

Friday – Student Showcase Day

• Students display STEAM projects, win awards, and explore careers with colleges, employers, and community partners.

 Saturday – Family Festival (Open to Everyone!)

Drone demos • Robotics • Build challenges • Flight simulators

Hands-on science • Career booths • Live music
